What is your returns policy?

For stock items, return undamaged (at customer cost) within 30 days of receipt
For bespoke items, returns cannot be accepted unless faulty
Faulty items, advise within 72 hours of receipt for collection & refund/replacement

95% of our products are made in the UK and Europe.

Can you produce products with my own designs?

What is the process for a bespoke order?

  1. choose the products you are interested in 
  2. send us your artwork / brief
  3. we will send visual for approval of layout
  4. once approved, we will send printed proofs/samples for approval of colour
  5. once approved, we will confirm lead times for production
